Warranty: 906 Engineering offers the original purchaser a 2-year warranty on all on-line purchases. This warranty begins at the original date of purchase.
906 Engineering will replace or repair any part (we sold) found to be defective within the 2-year warranty. If a returned part is found to be working properly upon return, 906 Engineering is not responsible for any return shipping. Please do your best to make sure your snowplows operating system does not have an issue before you send our parts back to us (as defective).
906 Engineering will not give a cash or credit refund for any defective part we sell. We will replace or repair the defective part.
For non-defective parts you would like to return because you have changed your mind about the purchase, a restocking fee may be taken out of your cash refund. The restocking fee may be up to 30% of the original cost of the item. Non-defective items returned for a cash refund must be in like-new condition and 906 Engineering is NOT responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Our aftermarket controls/parts are an alternative option to OEM controllers. Our controllers are not exact replicas (in shape or function) of the OEM controllers. Our controllers have in most cases more features then the OEM control it will replace. But, there is a chance that an OEM control may have a feature that our aftermarket control does not have. In this situation, this is NOT considered a defect in our controller as far as a warranty is concerned.
What is NOT covered by warranty:
Return Policy: You must contact 906 Engineering before returning any part to us. Failure to contact us before returning a part, may void your warranty and will most likely delay your replacement. Go to the contact page for contact information.
Shipping: In most cases, we will ship out your order within a day or two. We will send an invoice/receipt to the email address you provided when the item is shipped. Note: If more than 3 business days go by and you have not received a shipping notification, please contact us.
906 Engineering reserves the right to use whichever shipping carrier we prefer. If a tracking number is available, we will provide it to you.
Shipping times will vary, depending on your location. We ship all items ground and the time frame will be determined by the carrier. Expect longer shipping times for shipments going to Canada.
If you would like expedited shipping (1 or 2-day air), please contact us before ordering. There will be an added charge for you the purchaser if you wish to have expedited shipping.
Orders from countries other then Canada and the United States, please contact us before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Goods: In the event of lost or damaged goods, contact us and let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to quickly take care of this issue.
